Some of us worry too much about what others think or say about us, or fear to step out of the comfort of what we have always known, and avoid taking risks, but risks are the only way for us to grow and to change into something new and better.
Depression, depression, depression.... This is an emotion we often struggle with, when the waves and the billows of life roll... When there seems to be no way out, you have tried and tried but nothing seems to be changing; the situation seems worst than before... Like the children of Israel at the edge of the red sea with the Egyptians behind, life seems to have come to an end but listen to this....
"Then they cried unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them out of their distresses. He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and brake their bands in sunder. Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! For he hath broken the gates of brass, and cut the bars of iron in sunder.

I tell you the truth as you call upon the name of God, He shall save you from your distress and brake the gates of brass and cut the bars of iron in sunder... Oh!!
