"If we ask anything according to His will, He heareth us: and if we know that He hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of Him." Hebrews 11:6, 1 John 5:14,15.
With the persevering faith of Jacob, with the unyielding persistence of Elijah, we may present our petitions to the Father, claiming all that He has promised. The honor of His throne is staked for the fulfillment of His word. The problem of answered prayer is not with God but with us, our inability to claim the promises of God as they are, the feeling of constant fear and doubt.. Fear that our sins and short comings are not forgiven even after repenting and confessing them to God who is faithful to forgive and the fear of doubt, seeing the impossibility of the situation and forgetting the God of possibilities. Be persistent in prayer, never lose faith.. May God strengthen our our faith and see us through in Jesus Name.... Sabbath Jollof is served...
